How do I cancel my booking?
Cancel from the booking screen — fees depend on how close you are.
Cancel a booking
Open the booking → Cancel. Review any fee shown before you confirm.
One-off vs recurring
For recurring cleans, you can usually cancel a single visit or pause / end the series — check the options on that booking.
Prefer to reschedule?
Request a modification first. Cancelling frees the slot completely.
