How does payment and cancellation work?
Holds at booking, capture after the clean, and when fees may apply.
Cancellation fees
- More than 48 hours before: usually free full release.
- Within 48 hours: a partial fee may apply.
- Within 24 hours: the full amount may be retained.

Reschedule instead
If you can keep the booking with a new time, request a change first — cancelling is a last resort.
