How should I prepare for a cleaning session?

Access notes, pets, priorities and surfaces — small prep helps a lot.

Before the visit

Clear surfaces you want cleaned thoroughly.
Secure pets or note them in Preferences.
Leave access instructions (key safe, entry code, who will be home).
Flag fragile items or rooms to skip.

Supplies

Unless your booking says otherwise, cleaners typically bring standard supplies. Specialty products (for example fragrance-free) should be noted in Preferences.
